He also has seven years of experience as a Corporate Executive Recruiter. During this period he received his Professional Employment Certification (P.E.C.) after 12 months of rigorous training. At a leading search firm in Oakland, CA, he served as the Engineering & Technical Division Manager, directing national and international searches for VP of Engineering, PhD Scientists, Engineering Directors, Program Managers, Project Engineers, and Technicians. Fields of specialty included telecommunications, IT, biomedical / biotech, and automated equipment manufacturing.
